Objectives: Case Law & Case Studies to help Agents learn some best practices to effectively deal with & manage ethical situations in their practice are taught. Risk Management Awareness improvement and analysis of various Articles of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice are emphasized. 

Agents get hands-on, Interactive Practice in handling various Ethical Dilemmas/Scenarios. Discussion and understanding of ethical dilemmas related to every day real estate practice as well as proactive approaches and tips to help Licensees do the right thing and effectively resolve ethical issues are taught. Helpful Resources for Real Estate Professionals are also provided as a guide when facing ethical issues.
